PowerPoint Designer with Office 365
PowerPoint Designer, a new service for Office 365 subscribers, suggests design ideas automatically so you can visually enhance any PowerPoint presentation and design more impressive slides.
Notice, as you are adding content to your slides the Design Ideas task pane will open with a variety of sample slide choices. Here is how to get started.
Start with a Title Only or Title and Content Slide Layout from one of Microsoft’s default themes.
Add pictures to the slide by choosing insert Pictures or use Online Pictures from the Insert Ribbon.
Select the picture(s) and insert.
Note: The first time you use PowerPoint Designer, a message will appear asking your permission. Simply click Let’s Go!
Choose a Design Idea using PowerPoint Designer
You can also turn on Design Ideas from the Design Ribbon.
If Microsoft has suggestions, the Design Ideas Task Pane will display them.
Click on the suggested slide layouts for a better look.
Keep the one you like best and you’re done!
