Representing Microsoft’s best of breed partners from around the globe, the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) was formed in 1994 as a way to facilitate mutual growth and business development among partners. This year—our team at CTG along with Quality Technology Solutions (QTS) did just that, which led us to winning the 2016 Partner of the Year Award.
Teaming up to drive successful customer engagements, our partnership has constantly drawn the praise of clients as we work together to add value and deliver superior results to those we serve. Offering complete solutions—from planning to implementation followed by customized training—partnering has helped clients both increase productivity through a successful deployment as well as garner extremely high rates of end-user adoption. Clients have also been able to take advantage of software assurance benefits, training vouchers and planning services days.
Partnering with QTS over the past few years, we have learned that offering extended services via the partner channel helps us get involved with projects in the very beginning phases of their migrations. This has also gotten us to think outside the box for our clients and help them in ways that we couldn’t before which in the long run will benefit us and our clients. On the flip side, QTS has learned from us how important end user adoption is to the success of any migration. Oftentimes, this part of the project is neglected by IT management. Together we can demonstrate greater ROI and overall customer satisfaction when end user training is added to any major migration.
Celebrating our 25th Anniversary this year, we are extremely proud of our achievements—including this award. Contact us today and discover why organizations have been turning to CTG for their training needs more than 25 years.
